Today I have developed my animation to where it is working and could go out as a final piece. I have added in all of the frames and so now the animation feels complete and with a bit of refinement, it could turn out really great!
I firstly had to separate the backgrounds from the fireworks in order to allow me to animate each element individually. I was then able to copy and paste the fireworks to everywhere that I need them. Secondly, I had to import a flame image to emulate a lighting of the fireworks and although its not totally realistic, I feel that it still fits with the overall theme.
1. Beginning scene which pans into the window, 2. The ground scene after the fireworks fly up, 3. The sky scene after the fireworks have passed, 4. The final scene before the fireworks have risen, 5. The final scene after the logo has appeared.
The first scene was one of the hardest, I struggled to get the zoom working perfectly but ended up using scale to emulate it. I scaled the image and it feels like you are zooming into the window. I also faded out the people in order to make it feel more immersive.
I think the research I did into the software introduced me to different tools such as "Alpha" and "Scale" which allowed me to successfully create this animation.
I have learnt that certain features are not in the software by default and that you have to think outside of the box sometimes to see how you can make it look like how you want it without having a specific tool to do so.
